These folks were amazing. Within half a hour of calling they had reached out to me and were very professional and polite about scheduling the entire appointment. The gentleman that fixed my car knew what he was doing and actually listened when I explained what was going on instead of seeing a woman and assuming. He was quick and honest through the whole experience. Honestly the car wasn’t a major issue, but it felt like the final straw and having them be prompt and professional made it feel like everything wasn’t as stressful as I was making it seem. Any other car troubles and I will definitely be calling them. Thank you!!

A business with integrity! The owner came to my home himself, same-day. Removed the old battery and replaced it with a new one. He even took the time to explain the entire process. Swift response time and the initial estimate over the phone was spot-on. Highly efficient, professional, polite, and reassuring! I could not recommend higher, especially as a single woman. Definitely earned a loyal customer!!!

We are an out of state contractor doing work in the Bellevue area. One of our crew vehicles sprung a coolant leak. Called Zach on a Saturday afternoon, 2 hours after the call he had the vehicle back up and running. What I thought was a bad heater core issue, Zach found to be just a fitting that broke. Prompt, quality service, at VERY reasonable price for the convenience of a mobile repair call. I see some other reviews on here talk about a high labor rate, but they clearly don't understand/realize what "mobile" service means. Will definitely call again with any other needs while we are in the area. Thanks again!

We had a problem with the throttle body on our 2011 Grand Caravan. We contacted 3C Auto concerning it. Working with Zach was very pleasant. He was very responsive and and his estimate of the repair cost was accurate. I would definitely recommend 3C to others in the future.

I had an excellent experience with 3C Mobile Automotive Repair. Zach worked on my 2020 F250 7.3L and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. From the first time I reached out, he was super friendly, professional, and quick to respond. He made himself readily available to answer any questions I had, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose a misfire issue I was experiencing, explaining what he was seeing and why, and then got right to work. The turnaround was quick, and you can tell he takes pride in doing the job right the first time. It’s not often you find someone who combines strong technical knowledge with great communication and reliability, but Zach definitely does.
